All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us at info@vegaspaulyc.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and make it right.
Please note:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to qualify for a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

No refunds on gift cards or sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partner to get it resolved through either a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear once processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
