All orders placed through VegasPaulyC.com are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Each item is made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners to your door.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Production time: 2–7 business days (time required to print and prepare your item before shipping)

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (may vary by destination)

Please note: these are estimated delivery times, and actual shipping may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather events.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and order contents. You will see the final shipping cost before placing your order.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us at support@vegaspaulyc.com.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@vegaspaulyc.com. We will work with you and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Important Notes

  • Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier issues.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues related to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer.
